Our commercial projects include both new construction and repairs/restorations. Occupied and fully operational job sites are never a problem. And we can also plan, manage, and build multi-phase jobs.
R&S Architectural is an Advanced AISC Certified steel erector. Our experience is in all types of structural steel erection including structural steel erection, AESS, catwalk systems, entrance canopies, metal decking, mezzanine framing, miscellaneous steel, ornamental steel, pre-engineered metal building, skywalk bridges, structural & miscellaneous steel demo, reinforcing, shear stud welding, welding.
Our success begins from estimating to pre-planning between our project and managers with our superintendents, professional foremen that lead the skilled craftsmen. Our experience has lead us to complete the most challenging and demanding projects from industrial plant structures to large multi-store commercial projects. With our safety, quality in work, experience, along with the leadership R&S Architectural has completed projects ahead of schedule and has developed loyal clients that continue to grow every year.
